FOGIS is our friendly and dedicated parent’s association, working together to support Greasby Infant School. Through fundraising, events and community involvement, FOGIS helps provide additional resources, equipment and opportunities that benefit every child in school.
Over the year, FOGIS organises a wide range of fun events such as discos, seasonal fairs, themed activity days and family events. These not only raise valuable funds but also bring our school community together. Popular initiatives like the 100 Club also give families a simple way to support the school while offering a chance to win a monthly cash prize of over £200!
Funds raised by FOGIS go directly back into school. Recent contributions have included playground improvements, classroom resources, books, music equipment and special treats for the children. Future projects include further development of outdoor spaces and learning resources.
FOGIS is open to all parents, carers and staff, and new members are always warmly welcomed—whether you can help regularly or just occasionally at events. Meetings are held regularly (typically once a month in the evening), where upcoming events, fundraising ideas and school projects are discussed in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
By getting involved with FOGIS, you can make a real difference to the school while meeting other members of the community and having fun along the way.
